TERMS AND CONDITION OF THE SERVICE
This is a legal agreement between I
Love Iran and you. Please read the agreement carefully before registering with I Love Iran
Once you are a member of I Love Iran you are bound by the terms and conditions of this
agreement.
- You must be over 18 years
old to use this service. Registering and/or participating in I Love Iran
is confirmation of your age (over 18 years) and your acceptance of the
terms below.
- I Love Iran provides this
service "as-is". No warranty of any kind is given or implied.
- Using this service means
you accept all the terms listed below. If you do not agree to accept them, you may not use
the service.
- I Love Iran reserves the
right to modify the Terms and Condition of the Service at any time and without prior
notice to its Users. We may add to, change, delete or end our, or your use of our service
at any time. The service may be temporarily unavailable from time to time for maintenance
or other reasons.
- You are solely responsible
for the content and quality of the information you provide.
- You assume all risk and/or
responsibility for any loss or damage arising directly or indirectly from this system
without the express permission of the owner of that information.
- You may not use any I Love
Iran service to transmit vulgar, racist, libelous or otherwise offensive material to or
about users of these services.
- I Love Iran is not
responsible for the content, quality or any other part of the information provided by I
Love Iran users; nor is I Love Iran responsible for any errors in that information, nor
for errors, disruptions nor delays in its transmission.
- I Love Iran is not
responsible for any misuse or information or material provided.
- Information posted by you
to I Love Iran may be viewed by us and by all users.
- I Love Iran does not
undertake to verify or review any information provided not to monitor transmissions for
content or quality. I Love Iran may, but is under no obligation to monitor the service to
maintain it and protect the rights of users.
- I Love Iran reserves the
right to remove anything not complying with the rules set forth here.
- Additionally, any material
deemed offensive, racist, or otherwise unfit may be refused. I Love reserves the right to
summarily cancel the access and/or membership of any person not complying with the rules.
- If I Love Iran, in its
sole discretion, determines that a violation of the Terms of Participation has occurred, I
Love may pursue any of its legal remedies, including but not limited to the immediate
deletion of any offending
All
personal ads will run for 6 months and will be removed if you do not renew your ad.
Your Email
address will be added to our mailing list. We mail out our newsletter from time to time.
This is how we check every ads email address to make sure its working. We will remove any
personal ad who's address is not working. We do not sell. rent, or do anything else with
your address. It's for our use only.
ONLINE CONDUCT. As a Member,
you agree that:
- You are solely responsible for the content or information you publish or display
(hereinafter, "post") on the I Love Iran service, or transmit to other I Love
Iran Members.
- You will not post on the I Love Iran service, or transmit to other I Love Iran Members
or Employees, any defamatory, inaccurate, abusive, obscene, profane, offensive, sexually
oriented, threatening, harassing, racially offensive, or illegal material, or any material
that infringes or violates another party's rights (including, but not limited to,
intellectual property rights, and rights of privacy and publicity).
- You will use the I Love Iran service in a manner consistent with any and all applicable
laws and regulations.
- You will not include in your profile any telephone numbers, street addresses, last
names, URL's or E-mail addresses other than where asked for it in the Confidential
Personal Information section.
- You will not include in your profile any offensive anatomical or sexual references, or
offensive sexually suggestive or connotative language, and you will not post any photos
containing nudity or personal information. I Love Iran reserves the right, but has no
obligation, to reject any profile or photo that does not comply with these prohibitions.
- You will not engage in advertising to, or solicitation of, other members to buy or sell
any products or services through the Service. You will not transmit any chain letters or
junk E-mail to other I Love Iran Members.
- You will not post, distribute or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material,
trademarks, or other proprietary information without obtaining the prior consent of the
owner of such proprietary rights.
- You are solely responsible for your interactions with other I Love Iran Members. I Love
Iran reserves the right, but has no obligation, to monitor and/or mediate disputes between
you and other Members.
WARNING - PLEASE READ THIS: It is possible that other I
Love Iran Members or users (including unauthorized users, or "hackers") may post
or transmit offensive or obscene materials on the I Love Iran service and that you may be
involuntarily exposed to such offensive and obscene materials. It also is remotely
possible for others to obtain personal information about you due to your use of the
Service, and that the recipient may use such information to harass or injure you. I Love
Iran is not responsible for the use of any personal information that you disclose on the
Service. Please carefully select the type of information that you post on the I Love Iran
service or release to others.
